Every item RegWatch surfaces links to a primary source and carries a verification tier — Official, Pharmacist-verified, Trade press, or Rumour. Your organization's regulatory affairs team retains full verification responsibility for every item RegWatch surfaces, and should independently confirm any item against its primary source before relying on it.

No guarantee of completeness

RegWatch's coverage of authorities and sources is deliberately scoped — see /coverage for the current, real list. A source being unmonitored, or a source returning zero results (including because it is unreachable from our infrastructure), does not mean no activity occurred.

AI-assisted classification

RegWatch uses AI to classify items and generate short relevance notes. It does not use AI to generate facts, dates, or sources not present in the underlying source record. See /methodology for detail.
