This policy describes what information RegWatch collects and how it's used. It applies to regwatch.medxplorer360.com and the RegWatch application.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide: name, work email, company, and password.
• The authorities and molecules you choose to monitor.
• Contact form and trial signup submissions: name, email, company, and message content.
• Basic, cookieless product analytics (page views and click events) to understand which pages and features are used.

What we don't collect

We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

How we use it

• To create and operate your account and dashboard.
• To send transactional email: trial confirmation, account notices, and replies to messages you send us.
• To improve the product and this site.

Where it's stored

Account and product data is stored with Supabase (our database provider). Transactional email is sent via Resend. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can cancel your account and stop monitoring at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at /contact.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "last updated" date above if this policy materially changes.
