These terms govern your use of RegWatch (regwatch.medxplorer360.com and the RegWatch application). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

RegWatch is a monitoring and triage tool for regulatory, clinical trial, research, and news activity relevant to molecules you choose to track. It is not a system of record and does not take regulatory action on your behalf — see /disclaimer.

Accounts and trials

• You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• The free trial runs for 14 days from signup, requires no payment method, and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard with immediate effect.
• A paid Boutique subscription bills monthly and can be cancelled at any time; see our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use RegWatch to scrape, resell, or redistribute monitored data in bulk, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

No warranty

RegWatch is provided "as is." We work to keep monitored sources accurate and current, but we don't guarantee completeness or that any particular source will always be reachable — see /methodology for how we handle source failures.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
